Pain is multi-factorial in nature and almost always has a physical component. In a man, pain can manifest either in the pelvis itself, in the penis and/or testicles. Commonly treated diagnoses are:
- Testicular Pain
- Penile Pain
- Pain with Sex
- Pain with Ejaculation or Post-Ejaculation
The most common causes of pain are poor blood flow, muscle spasms, and/or restrictions in organs from poor postures, diet and perhaps prior surgeries. Physical therapy can help restore the normal function of muscles through education, postural correction, manual therapy and exercise.
